Cant merge faces, i need to remove the cut line

I’m working on this project and faces have only formed on ONE side. I don’t understand why I can’t manage to create a single smooth strip.
The system tells me that it’s not possible to merge the faces. I don’t know what to do because I don’t want it to be visible in the technical drawings. The right side is ok.

There’s no such thing as “merging faces” in Shapr3D. You can union objects, use replace face tool, and sometimes (but not always) delete edges — but it’s unclear what exactly you need.

Your screenshot doesn’t provide enough information to understand exactly what you’re trying to achieve and which tool you’re trying to use for that.

As you can see on the right side, where i have the curve, i dont have multiple faces. On the left i have a cut

Can you share the project so I can take a look closer?

If the modeled object is completely symmetrical, one possible solution would be to insert a plane right through the middle and use the Split tool to cut it in half. Then, delete the side that has the defect or doesn’t look as expected.

Next, mirror the clean half to reconstruct the full shape. After that, use the Union (or Merge Bodies) option to join both halves. As long as everything aligns correctly, the final result should be a clean, unified body without visible seams preserving only the side that came out right.

Thank you!

Check your sketch, this might be the issue.

I suspect right side you used one continuous spline.

The left side vertical line connected with spline. When you go from Spline to Line I found even with tangent applied you will get the vertical line when extruded.

Bottom version, is complete spline, no vertical lines.

Top version, combination of spline and line

Example with combination of arcs, lines with tangents applied.
