I’ve done cosplay props. Now, I am trying to be able to do the armor and masks as well. I’m currently trying to make bracers and leg armor. If anyone knows how to do this, please reply.
Shapr isn’t really the correct tool for this. It can likely be done but will be painstaking work. To be fair if you are new to 3D it will be anyway you look at it.
Lofting comes to mind. I would attempt it by lofting.
For example to make a simple shin guard I would make cross section sketches of a leg from ankle to the knee. Loft them into a basic leg shape. Hollow the leg shape out and use sketches to cut away to make a shin guard.
