All materials turned black since latest update. Help
Hi! This sounds bad, we’d like to investigate it. Could you please send the following piece of information to our customer support team (link here) (the more the merrier):
- Version of Shapr3D before and after the update
- The platform(s) where you encountered the issue (iOS, macOS, Windows)
- The e-mail with which you registered your Shapr3D account
- If you can share it with us, then a workspace which was affected (as far as I understood all your workspaces were). We only need the workspace for internal use (troubleshooting), we don’t share them with 3rd parties.

I use schapr 3d version 5.380.0.5188#34987b20 on a i pad pro 3the gen. Ios version 16.4.1.

Hey Loorke, we are working on a solution. But till that, this might fix it. After closing the model and repoening it, is the issue still present? If it is, could you please export then import your model to your device again, if that fixes your issue?
