Since I started using Shapr3D for Mac a few weeks back, all of my design previews are solid black rectangles. Since I tend to use my Mac for scratch work and my iPad for main Shapr3D use, the Mac designs don’t have names. Thus, I can’t tell any of them apart! Any ideas?

Could you check if it’s still happening on the latest app version (4.4)? We’ve seen and think fixed this problem.
Sorry there was a bit of confusion about this fix, it will come in the next release (4.5).
