Trouble after Shapr3D update


unfortunately I have some trouble with the latest Shapr3D update. I am using the pro version on my iPad and on my Windows PC. On my iPad it works fine, but when I start Shapr3D on my PC it opens for a couple of seconds and closes immediately. A new-installation of the software doesn’t solve the problem. What is wrong? I would be very happy if somebody could help me.
