within the Learning tap im try to play a tutorial film but nothing happens beside a green dot where im tapping ?? se attached screenshot. thanks
The screenshot didn’t get through – could you try again? Also, a video might be more helpful in this case.

At first, I’d point at a connection issue as the card will open a youtube link. Could you please check if your device has an active internet connection when you try to open the video?
If there are no issues with the connection and you still cannot watch the video, please open a support ticket using the link below and send us the following.
