I want to make my circles equal distance from the edge. Each circle is .625 in diameter and 6” apart. Now I just want them all to be even in the box
Draw a diagonal line from an upper left or right circle (the center) down to the opposite corner circle. The mid-point of the line has a red dot. Draw a rectangle starting at the line’s mid-point. Done.

Your circles in not a row. I think easier redesign these.
Draw a circle
Then:
Highlight
Transfom tool/move-rotate
Select the copy badge
Pull the circle with the arows
Set the distance 6
Pull again set 12
…ect
Then highlight all circles in the row
And transform them as before
