The ability to set a relative distance between two circles. For example two concentric circles that are always 1mm apart when the diameter is changed.
If I understand correctly, this could already be done by simply drawing a (construction) line between the two circles and fixing its size:
You might need to be a bit trickier with constraining the construction lines than I was though if you plan to move the center of the circles as well.
