Hi

Sorry if this has already been done, but I was thinking if we could make a place for Material requests?

I’ll start :slight_smile:

  • Bio plastic (ability to set more than one color - plastic component and the bio component which would normally be speckles of some sort.)
  • Colored brushed metal (ability to set custom color)
  • Anisotropic material (radial brushed effect) (ideally this could be an option for any brushed material)
  • Colored Cork (ability to adjust color)
  • 3D printed (FDM layered look)
  • More fabrics (naturally the ability to add own texture is top request)

And of course please add Node based shaders :wink:

For the brushed metal with colors does the brushed anodized aluminum sufficient (you can change the color) or are you really looking for painted brushed metal where you can choose the paint?
