Similarly to other CAD tool, when putting together an assembly, mates will keep a relationship between parts. Possibly a very advanced tool, but it would be amazing if Shapr3D would include it and that it could be used with modelling and AR sections of the app.
It is a feature that’s definitely on our roadmap – though I can’t give you an exact timeline for it. The Align tool in the history-based parametric modeling version coming later this year will serve as a very crude version of that, but we won’t stop there.

Is there any update a the mating function requested by Luca1 (constraining solids). As mentioned it will be very helpful when modeling assemblies with moving parts to ensure there are no clashes.
