Certains fichiers ne s’ouvrent plus maintenant alors que ce matin ils s’ouvraient.

Hello! I’d like to kindly ask you to open a ticket and send us the following information:

  • Detailed specs of the hardware you are using
  • The version number of Shapr3D you are using
  • OS version on your chosen device

If you have any earlier backup of the file that you cannot open, please feel free to share that too

Désolé pour ma réponse tardive.
J’ai mis à jour en version 5.31.0 et maintenant mes fichiers s’ouvrent de nouveau.
Ce qui est étrange c’est que j’ai travailler sur ces fichiers le matin et que le soir ils ne voulaient plus s’ouvrir.

I updated to version 5.31.0 and now my files are opening again.
