I apologize if this has been answered before but my search through this forum (and google) hasn’t really been working. I am new to Modeling so i apologize in advance!
I have attached a screenshot of what i’m looking at. i’m currently designing my own PC case / NAS. These HoneyComb faces are set for three 120mm fans. Originally, I had used the rectangle tool, extruded a cutout, and placed this plate in there.
The issue I ran into while doing this is even though everything was aligned perfectly, you could still see the seam line within my slicer before setting it to print. So, I was going to take this selected section, place it on the front face, and extrude it that way. But no matter if I copy, pattern, translate, etc i can’t seem to get it.
My question is:

I know you can’t copy & paste directly. Is there anyway other way to basically transfer the selected section to another body?

If not, is there any way to achieve this and/or copy/transfer this?
Any point in the right direction would be much appreciated!
