- Import Project without history (kind of like a step file) - Better separation
- Update imported project (right click on imported project) - So import isn’t just a copy
- Empty objects (as in Blender) as folder parents - Extremely cheap assembly way of working that will allow persistent pivots and hierarchy (also avoiding a massive blue selection).
- Tabs for multiple projects - Faster to jump between projects and make a fix + update
- Change order of actions in history panel (global preference) - Latest at top makes more sense
- Expand latest action automatically (global preference) - Save a click for that tweak
- Separate table for variables (popup panel for viewing long names) - Better access + overview
I made a checklist for you ![]()
I’ve been working 12h a day for the last 3 weeks in Shapr, building an entire machine for lifting and loading items. I love it for its speed, but there are these small things that get really annoying after doing them all. the. time.
Many suggestions aren’t my own of course, these are just some of the small things I think would speed up the work I’ve done lately.
Would love to see any one of the items above checkmarked in the near future! ![]()
Kind regards
