My pro version has defaulted to the basic version

I became a Pro user in March this year having paid for the full year subscription of £214.99. I was using Shapr3D earlier today perfectly okay. However, this evening I tried using it and it has reverted to the basic version and has locked me out of all bar 2 designs. Please help!

Sorry for the inconvenience. It happens occasionally - we will be releasing a fix soon, that prevents these accidental log outs
