I can not logging in the pro version. I bought it few days ago, and was working very well, but suddenly the pro version was not able for me. Please help me to solve it.
Hello, please tell me the username to your shapr3d account, I’m happy to help investigate the issue. Meanwhile can you try to log in again into the application directly from the workspace. Tap on the “more options” (three lines) icon at the bottom of the workspace and from the options window select account.
I fixed it.
The problem was with apple some kind of restriction.
