Shapr3D locked all my drawings today and says I need to subscribe again. Problem is I have email when I paid and subscription goes until 26 Nov 2021. I need to fix this immediately.
Hello - yes, I can confirm, you have a Pro subscription until the end of November.
Are you logged in with your email associated with the Pro account (your forum email)? Can you please navigate to the Settings page (bottom right on the Dashboard, or within a design) and make sure you are logged in.
If this doesn’t help, please send a screenshot of what happens, when you try to open a design
It worked. I have no idea why it logged me out in the first place.
