My project won’t open. Could you please help me check what’s going on?
Hello, please open a support ticket with us here. Please include the following:
- The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings
- The detailed hardware and software specs of the machine you are using: Find hardware and software specifications
- The Shapr3D design with which you’re experiencing the issue: Instantly export to .shapr format
You can right-click the project on your dashboard and “Save as .shapr”.
