Shapr3d will not export my designs to .shapr file anymore

shapr3d will not export my designs to .shapr file anymore.

I am using Windows 10 version of shapr3d and have never had a problem before. Haven’t tried to export a file in about 4 months. At that time it was working fine.

I created a test .txt document and saved it just to be sure there wasn’t anything wrong with my computer.

Another thing. When it fails to save it immediately kicks me out to the Getting Started screen.

Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, logging out and back into my account solved the problem. I haven’t been using shapr3d for a while and forgot about some of its quirks.
