New Topic Screen

I hate to be your main complainer but the New Topic interface slider does not seem to work. I would like to review my input in full screen but the slider is in-op?

When I see the small parallel lines in most, I can hold and slide them.

I realize this is the forum software but there may be a setting not applied.

Thanks I realize this and view your forum when away from my iPad Pro.

Overall it seems to be a very good forum.
