Project with multiple curve profiles

I am fairly new to Shapr3d and I am having difficulty envisioning how to make a 3D model of a shoe insole similar to what is shown in the photo. Since it has multiple curves I don’t know if I should state out with an extruded rectangle and Subtract into it with Sweeps or Lofts, or if I start out with separate drawings using Sweeps and Lofts and then Union everything together. The insole needs to be the same thickness but I don’t know if there is a way to use the Shell command to make this.

I have been able to make some complex designs so far, but this one confuses me so some suggestions would be welcomed.

Hi,
It will be easier if you had a drawing of the insole.

As I suspected, this is beyond Shapr3D’s capabilities and I will need to use Fusion 360 or a more advanced CAD program with more sophisticated sketching.

No, of course not. You can really use shapr3d for this model, but you need real views.
