Public shared links broken

When exporting a file through the “version“ option to send out customers a link to the 3D file so they can look at our design in AR, every link sent after the 1st of january 2026 seems broken.

What I’ve noticed is that the 2025 links add a /p/*****/ section to the link when inserted in the brower’s address bar.

Is this a known issue or something we just ran into?

I just checked mine and didn’t find any issues.

Here’s an example: Shapr3D - Published Version

I think it would be better to submit a support request.

One is a shared project, the other is a design review link. Design review links can be created from the export menu.

Did you create this file new? Somehow it just won’t work haha, did submit a support request, thanks for the reply though!

Right, the shared project link does seem to work (though it doesn’t have a preview image) and every review link leads to a “Model not found“ error. I have submitted a support ticket since making this post, hoping we can resolve this quickly

Yes, project created in 2026, review link created a couple of minutes ago.

Mine is working. Seems it’s some kind of local problem, support should help…

Found the issue, due to windows 10 pushing windows 11 updates, we had disabled automatic system updates, which in turn also disables the windows STORE updates for all APPS, so I was running on an outdated version of the app.

So I updated the app and re-published all models that had issues and everything’s fixed again

Hey @C.Gerrits , we looked into this and discovered a bug in the flow, that we already fixed. Could you please check again? It should be working now.
