Repeat Copy Body

Hi.

I thought I used to be able to do this… But…

I want to select a body, click copy, move the body by a set amount and then repeat this. I am not looking for the pattern tool, that in the past has been very slow. But I thought I recalled there was a way to repeat of move of a body from the new position.

I am hallucinating?

Hi,
Have you try : Menu > Transformation > Move Rotate.
With this tool, you can choose copy or not

Sorry I still don’t see how I can repeat the copy over and over while moving the piece the original distance.

Select body(s), use Move/Rotate. First activate Copy, then use arrows and indicate displacement. Does this help?

Thanks. That works and that is what I was doing but I thought there was away to repeatedly move the part without entering the distance again.
