In the free app, where are the projects stored and are they accessible to anyone, admin or hacker?
Hi @Freeisbetter , if you don’t turn on Shapr3D Cloud, then all your data will be stored locally. If you turn on Shapr3D Cloud, then your data will be synced over AWS following the best security practices in the industry.

Can we request complete data swap from AWS servers online and offline data backups?
Yes, you can turn it off and on anytime. What do you mean by data swap?
Swap I mean delete any data that is on AWS and it’s backups.
