Student Discount Problem

Hey there! I was hoping to reach someone at shapr3d in charge of the student discounts. I applied about a week ago and haven’t gotten a response yet. I was unable to upload a student ID since I never got one due to Covid and everything being online. Instead I posted images of my class schedule and my online account with the school. If you would like any more proof I would be happy to screen record or take more pictures of my accounts and schedule and send them to whoever via email! Please let me know ASAP, this would help me out immensely! Thank you
