Trying to cut out curved material

Hi all,

Looking for some guidance to create the following, been trying to get my head around it but going in circles.

I am trying to cut out some internals of a part with 2 curves, see attached.

Any help would be appreciated it is one of those where I think I have how to do it in my head but can’t translate to the drawing

Hard to tell from the pics as they are quite dark. Is this what you are trying to do?
