Wyzer Water Jet from Shapr3d

What it would take to design something in shapr3d and export to Wyzer Water Jet. Do you have an example of the process ?

According to its website, their software supports DWG files. You can export DWGs from sketches or drawings created in Shapr3D.

You can find more information about how to export files here and on how to create drawings here.

I do this frequently. I’ve found we must use the top view. Create your sketch in the top view, and extrude it to create a body. Thickness doesn’t matter as we are only using the outline. Now go to Export and select the Sketches menu. Turn off “show dimensions” and export as DXF or DWG. This is how I export for laser and waterjet.

Never mind I found the option.

Export → Format → DXF → Sketches TAB → disable Include Dimensions

I tried that. Unfortunately, shapr3d exports the 2D drawing like this.

This if you use the Drawings Tab. Use the sketches tab.
