I take it the basic program does not give you the above options for exporting
It does, this options are available in every tier.
I don’t get the above dialog box when i save, all i can do is select a file format
Are you using the Windows version? The export dialogs are not yet fully implemented on Windows.

I have multiple slicers and printers. They behave differently, and some interpret only in mm. It’s always prudent to check the size when placed on the build plate. Just scale uniformly to 25.4, or 2540 depending on your slicer. It’s like measure twice, cut once.
