2D Drawing of bended object

Hello I am about to finish an object and want to prepare it for a 2D mechanical drawing.
I was wondering if someone could explain me how I can draw a folded object. I also want to show the folding line. Here is a screenshot of it:

I want to make sure that the specs are exactly the same in the 2D drawing as it is in 3D.

Hi there,
Create a construction plane and offset it from the edge you’d like make a line drawing. Use the Project tool.

This is another way of approaching this type of task.
Copy the Body and rotate it 90º, then position Both Bodies roughly as shown.
The Rectangle serves as a target area Plane.

Thank you very much for this. I have one more question. How did you calculated the measurement of the folded parts of your object for the drawing/projection?

I checked with a supplier I work with, and double-checked and measured the sample I received :slight_smile:
