Moving bodies/sketches within the items menu is not working. I am able to combine items into folders like normal, though now unable to move them between folders and listed order. Additionally unable to move/duplicate projects in the main menu. ’

I have a critical problem with my project files. Many of my projects cannot be opened, and I am unable to download them from the cloud.
Please carefully check all my project data. Some files appear to be lost, while others fail to open. These are important working files for my business, so I need your help to resolve this as soon as possible.
