The problem that this feature will solve:

Positioning a design in visualisation mode is difficult without the transform cube found in modelling mode.

Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:

Easily move the design to my required position, especially if not horizontal as per image.

What can’t you achieve without this feature?

I can’t reposition if not horizontal using my 3D Space Mouse. I know you can use Shift and middle mouse button, but that defeats the purpose of a 3D mouse.

Not sure I understand you right but instead of cube cmd + 1-7 can be used.

About space mouse, have you tried to uncheck “keep horizontal level”?

Thanks for the tip. I have unchecked now and it’s better, but I wish the design would stop lilting to the left. Every design does it. It’s weird.

Can the team look at why designs always seem to list to the left as in my image above?

That’s because of rotation point what snaps to the edges of the body instead of center mass. I’m going to put that in future request one day but you already seen that info from me :slight_smile:

+1 for the transform cube in visualization on computer version, especially considering that the cube is present on the iPad version.
The shortcuts are nice but clicking on the cube is so convenient!
