Hello, I have needed to reset my computer (Windows 11) and have just reinstalled Shapr but have now lost all of my previous projects. I’m using the same account and sync was turned on. The only difference I can see is that previously I was using the beta version but now the app seems to be out of beta. Last used (beta version) this morning.
