Sync failures

I reformatted my Mac a few months ago. I reinstalled Shapr3D and it didn’t sync. I opened an issue, but I never got my old designs back.
I installed another shape3d today and have one with 3 designs and one with none. They both said “Your projects are up to date”.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone think of a way to fix it?

Hi,

Do you mean that you have multiple Shapr versions installed? Are they both the white app icon versions? Are you sure you are logged in to both of them with the same account?
