Augmented Reality Trouble

When attempting to use the Preview in Augmented Reality feature of the “Collaborate” community, I am receiving an error when scanning a room for the model to be loaded into. I have had other colleagues attempt to open the QR link with their phones as well (Android and iOS), and can’t seem to figure out the reason for the error. The file is likely larger than some, but I don’t see a file size limitation for the feature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have included a screenshot of the error for context.
