Billed and charged after cancelling auto-subscription

My trial period subscription auto renewed even though it was cancelled on the apple subscriptions. I have had an email to confirm this. I would like a refund so my firm can take over the subscription.
My invoice number is SHAPR3D-2024-36396

For purchases via the App Store, all subscription-related activity and refund requests are handled by Apple. Refunds can be requested from Apple within 14 days of the transaction date.

The invoice wasn’t from Apple though - it was from yourselves on a Shapr3D headed invoice # SHAPR3D-2024-36396 from Nov 26th 2024.
I have also reached out via a support ticket a week ago but have heard nothing back apart from a ‘submission received’ email.

@Rita - did you have any further news on this - specifically regarding a refund on my Shapr3D headed invoice # SHAPR3D-2024-36396 from Nov 26th 2024?
