I need to calculate the internal volume in a leak tester. I have a model of the part that is being tested and I’ve created separate bodies to plug the holes in the part the same way that it is done in our test rig. In SolidWorks there is a feature called “Create Internal Regions” and Fusion360 has “Boundary Fill” that would create a new body from that internal space. Is it possible to use boolean functions to do the same thing? If I can do that, I can easily measure the volume of that body.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
