The app doesn’t let me log in. When I click on the ‘Log In’ button, it doesn’t open the browser.
When I open the browser separately and log in, it doesn’t change the situation.
I have reinstalled the app, and the latest version is installed on my device, but the issue persists. What should I do?
Are you having the issue on the desktop or on your iPad?
On the iPad Shapr App initiates a mini browser, if you don’t get that try a reboot.
On the Desktop it should open a new browser or a new tab. Not just on Shapr, I had same issue with other browser auth apps. I made sure I closed the browser and restarted my computer and that tended resolve the issue.
If you still have issues try changing the default browser to something else, when I have the issue on Chrome I change to Safari to see if that makes a difference.
