New user, just registered on the website, activated my account, verified my email. Downloaded the Windows app, installed it and when I run it, it prompts me to log in:
No matter which button I click, either “Get Started” or “Log In”, it will open a browser tab and take me to my Shapr3d main page, but the Windows app doesn’t recognize that I’ve logged in on that tab. I cancel, logout, try again. Same result. I’ve tried logging in FIRST on the website, then launching the app and trying both buttons, but the windows app stays just showing this:
It never detects that I’ve logged in and wont let me into the app.
Anyone know how to resolve this? From the videos I’ve watched on YouTube it looks like a nice option over something overly complicated like Fusion 360. Alas, can’t even get in to give it a spin?!

Has anyone found a solution to this? The app won’t authenticate through the browser. Both “Get started” and “login” options just bring you to the same webpage (I’m already logged in when it opens), and doesn’t do anything after this page is open:
Support: don’t bother telling me to make a ticket. This is obviously a problem with your app because it prompts my browser to open, but the wrong page opens/doesn’t authenticate. If you can’t make it work like every other app on the internet and I have to jump through hoops to get it to work, then I’m just going to go use Fusion. It’s that simple.
