Can't login after launch via bowser

Can’t login after launch via bowser, when click login button jump to bowser and input imformation, it come back to program display login rolling circle, about 5~8sec later nothing happen and display the Login via bowser again.

Anyone have the same problem? how can I fix?

I solved this problem, the reason is that wlan is closed, just open it
