Cant renew my EDU licence because of school email

i had sharp3d for about 2 years and now my EDU license ended, when i tried to renew my license it didnt work.

I cant sign into my school email because it was only made for google teams and we didnt recieve the password to that email, so i cant renew it because of the old email but i cant sign in to the new email.

already did that, automatically showed solved, nothing on email about solving just a thank you for submiting.
