Can't Resize Depth of Extruded Hole

I have extruded a hole in a part that doesn’t go all of the way through the part itself. I noticed after completing the part that the extruded depth of the hole isn’t correct. When I try to change the extruded depth of the hole, I don’t get the value that I originally chose for the hole depth, I get a Zero - please see the picture. Is there any way that I can change the extruded hole’s depth while seeing the original value that I chose for the depth? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

You are selecting the sketch and not the bottom of the hole. Hide the sketch that is at the outer diameter where the chamfer is. Then you can select the bottom of the hole to change the depth.

And if you’re using Offset Face, the value shown is usually the thickness of the model at that point, not the depth of the hole.
