I’ve been using Shapr3D for over two years now and this is new to me. I select sketch on face, create a rectangle that is laying on top of other bodies and can’t extrude it. It works just fine performing the same steps on any other face except this one.

Have tried in the history panel? Open it and select the face and see what options are there?
How did you create the rectangle? If you created it with individual lines, you may not have fully closed the shape.
You need to hide the bodies first. This is not a new behavior, overlapping sketches don’t generate profiles if they are above holes. We might change this behavior in the future.
