In the screenshot, how do I center the rectangular (right), to the highlighted face (left)?

Set everything within Snaps, bottom left Magnet Icon, to On
DoubleTap using a Finger, on one Rectangle to set the view to 2D
Deselect both Rectangles:
Select the smaller Rectangle:
Drag the Centre Point of the smaller Rectangle onto the larger Rectangle Centre Point:
