what is best practice when designing a smoothie bottle?
Two bodies, one for the bottle and one for the liquid or only one body?
I will export later STL to Adobe Dimension.

In your example, two bodies make more sense. Apart from making it easier to construct, you can also assign different colors to different bodies.
When exporting, you can choose yourself, if you only need one body then you can merge all bodies before exporting.
FYI, you can also assign different colors to different surfaces of a single body.
