Have you tried using the point to point dimensioning? It still won’t call it out as a diameter however. But the top view will confirm it is.
yes sir. i used the method above as mentioned. but the cursor cannot pickups the small hole on my pipe 3d to put the dimension.
the hollow pipe dia 48.26 with length of 1790, and make cut true small hole dia 8.3.
when to plot on drawing, the hole cannot get it into the suppose to be.
Confirmed. Team @Shapr3D - I’ve confirmed the dimensioning of the small hole in this Tube, will not accept dimensioning.

Thanks for reporting this. I can also confirm that you found a bug, it seems it depends on the length vs hole size ratio. We started to investigate it, but I can’t yet give an estimate for the fix.
In the meantime you can overcome this issue by adding a note to the desired hole and type in manually the size.
