hi, I’m trying to do a wing using a profile on one side and asking the software to sweep around the outline. This technique is currently used in Fusion for exemple.
The error in Shapr3D is : swipped body has an intersection… I tried hundreds of time without figuring out what’s this error is supposed to be?
I would be glad to understand why I cannot do it in shapr3d.
You should make a very small section on the end , then loft

Thanks for this demo that let me understand how to use loft + guides.
I cannot reproduce exactly your demo as I’m unable to understand how you connect the sections with the outline. I probably lack Shapr3d knowledge to understand how to do that. I tried a lot of approach but I’m missing the point here.
The purple points help to find “the puncture point“ of the planes and the guides.
If you have first the guide line, make planes at the crossections, and make the cross sketches on the plane.
The guides should be exactly plane to plane.
