Draft angle only on 3 sides?

I am trying to make a shape where I have an exclusion of 20 mm and a draft angle of 20 mm; however, I want the back face to be flat without any draft angle. I am struggling to work out how to create the shape. I’m guessing I can’t use a draft angle? I did think maybe I need to loft but as a newbie**,** I’m a little bit struggling on which direction to go. Any help would be great.

Thanks for coming back, but it’s the outside of the object I want to have the angle on three sides, but not the fourth.
