Export failed, failed to create file

Hi all!

Thanks in advance for any help.

I started only yesterday with Shapr3d (I used other 3d modelling tools until now), but I can’t quite understand why, when I’m trying to export in .stl, I have this error message: “Export failed. Failed to create file”.
The model itself is not complex (it’s not even perfect, it’s just a quick prototype that I need to print). I can’t see gaps, I erased all the fillets to be sure that was not the reason for the error, but I’m just stuck, and I would really like to avoid re-doing the model.

Hello,
The corners of the inner triangle are suspicious, but I am not sure that will be the issue.

Can you please send us the Shapr3D design in a support ticket?

I’m just trying out the program, so I have the basic plan, and apparently, I can’t save the Shapr3d format (?). Is there any other option?

Okay, please keep us updated if you can convert the design to a mesh
