Failed to export .STL

Hi,

I’m trying to export an .STL file, but keep getting “Export failed - Failed to create file.” error message.

It’s a pre-drawn object imported from a .STEP file.

Using the latest iOS 13.3.1 on iPad Pro.

Any ideas, what might be an issue here?

Hi, this a file geometry related issue. It could be edges not properly aligned or that there is a hole in the model.

Please send the Shapr file to support@shapr3d.com. We will look into it and then get back to you as soon as possible.
