Export only results in a pop-up message

Dear Community,

I would like to export one of my projects in Shapr3D. I haven’t used the program for a few weeks, but I’ve always been able to easily export my projects in the past.

Here’s my usual process: File → Export → STEP-file (or any other type) → Choose the folder to save → Press “Save”. However, upon pressing “Save,” the program abruptly returns me to the main menu and displays the “get started” screen (see the picture below).

The same issue occurs when I switch tabs, such as navigating to the internet and then returning to the program.

I would appreciate any guidance or solutions to address this matter.

Hi,
In order to prevent the onboarding from appearing again, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Shapr3D installed. For more info, check the article below: https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/6516567675804-Update-Shapr3D
  2. Log out from Shapr3D and close the software.
  3. Reopen Shapr3D and log back into your Shapr3D account.
