I don’t know if this should be a feature request or if I’m missing something, but why can’t I just export selected bodies only? It’s very tiresome having to isolate them all the time so it doesn’t just export the entire project.

You are not missing anything; this would be a new feature. Note that you can hide (eye icon in items) as well as isolate.
